I joined here for 3 month fellowship in basic infertility and now I feel this was one of my best decisions to come here, a long distance Dr. Sanjay Makwana my mentor here has bestowed me with best of his knowledge. He is indeed a great doctor & teacher. Dr. Renu Makwana, a very compassionate doctor who also became my good friend through the learning process. O.T. staff is very cooperative well friend & good behaved. Dr. Vinod Shaily has taught me the importance of patience in improvising surgical skills. He is also a great teacher & keen surgeon. I have utilized my knowledge & skills to the fullest. I want to give special thank to administration especially Dr. Reena Bhansali, who has really arranged everything so well that my stay here was smooth & everything timely completed. At last, the hospital provided, what promised.

I was here at Vasundhara Hospital from 15/12/2014 to 20/12/2014 for hands on course in TLH. I saw 5 DHL and 2 TLH on the 1st day I was really impressed how Dr. Shaily done DHL without any assistant and only with 2 port. Even the simplicity of doing TLH motivated me. I could see many differences from what is followed at my center or other center I have seen. This definitely gives me more confidence.

 

I definitely believe in the fact that “surgery is not just butchering, it’s an art and skill & number of cases seen or done does not matter but the way you do it what you learn.”

Vasundhara Hospital is one of the best centre for training purposes. I have been trained in Basics of ART and endoscopy. From basic workup to management of infertility patients is very important. In this centre, I came to know that each step is so important that without understanding the basics, we can’t approach the diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Dr. Sanjay is one of the best ART specialist in India and it can be seen in his working attitude. Dr. Renu is jack of all trades, from Obstetrics to infertility to Gynecology every branch, besides which she is also a wonderful teacher. Dr. VinodShaily is a marvelous, meticulous and refined endoscopic surgeon. It’s a never say no for him, no matter how complicated the case.
I understood the basics of Embryology and learnt that without understanding embryology we cannot understand what is being done to the patients. In IVF department Embryologist Rahul is the Master of his field. With support of all staff and doctors was able to do training in a very good way and have now simultaneously started my IFS fellowship in ART itself. So all in all I would simply label this hospital as an excellent centre for training in ART.
