RGHS (Rajasthan Government Heath Scheme)

All hospitals run by State Government, approved Hospitals and Public Private Partnership Hospitals will be eligible for providing medical facilities under this scheme as per norms and terms and conditions. In case of grave emergency, treatment will be allowed in Referral Hospitals after due reference from competent authority.

The Scheme is based on CGHS rates and provisions if otherwise not amended under this Scheme for the treatment taken in empaneled hospitals.

This Scheme will provide:-

• OPD Treatment
• Cashless Facility for IPD/day care services
• Investigations at Government and Empaneled Diagnostic centers
• Family Welfare, Maternity and Child Health Services

For OPD Consultation / Investigation in RGHS -

• You have to visit the RGHS counter of Vasundhara Hospital for OPD consultation / investigation under RGHS scheme.
• You have to show your RGHS card or ID card at the RGHS counter.
• You can get a consultation/investigation slip by showing your RGHS card at the RGHS counter.

Visit RGHS Desk at Vasundhara Hospital & Documents required during planned IPD admission are as follows:-

• RGHS Card
• ID Proof (Prefer Aadhar Card)
• Referral letter
• Doctor’s prescription/ relevant investigation slip.

For Emergency IPD admission in RGHS –

You must carry your RGHS card and Aadhar card to be admitted to the Emergency ward. The remaining documents can be submitted upon the admission at a subsequent time.

• ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme)

Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) was launched with effect from 1st April 2003. The Scheme aims to provide allopathic and AYUSH medicare to Ex-servicemen pensioner and their dependents through a network of ECHS Polyclinics, Service medical facilities, Government hospitals, empanelled private hospitals/specified Govt. AYUSH hospitals spread across the country. The Scheme has been structured on the lines of CGHS to ensure cashless transactions, for the patients and is financed by the Government of India.

For OPD Consultation / Investigation in ECHS -

• You have to visit the ECHS counter of Vasundhara Hospital for OPD consultation / investigation under ECHS scheme.
• You have to show your ECHS card, ECHS referral and ID proof (Prefer Aadhar card ) at the ECHS counter.
• You can get a consultation/investigation slip by showing your ECHS card at the ECHS counter.

• ECHS card
• ECHS referralc
• ID proof (Prefer Aadhar Card)
• Doctor’s Prescription / relevant investigation slip.

For Emergency IPD admission in ESIC :-

You must carry your ESIC card and Aadhar card to be admitted to the Emergency ward. The remaining documents can be submitted upon the admission at a subsequent time.

• Railway

Railway employees are referred to Medical Colleges and specialized treatment centres and hospitals. The expenses incurred are reimbursed to them. Indian Railways have their own Family Planning and Family Welfare centres to look after health of mothers and children.

UMID is a smart health card system in Indian Railways

It helps in providing Unique Identity to all medical beneficiaries individually through a unique number as a perpetual entity

For OPD Consultation / Investigation in Railway

• You have to visit the Railway counter of Vasundhara Hospital for OPD consultation / investigation under Railway.
• You have to show your Railway card, Railway referral and ID proof (Prefer Aadhar card ) at the Railway counter.
• You can get a consultation/investigation slip by showing your Railway card at the Railway counter.

Visit Railway Desk at Vasundhara Hospital & Documents required during planned IPD admission are as follows:-

• Railway medical card (Submit a copy)
• Railway referral
• ID proof (Prefer Aadhar Card)
• Doctor’s Prescription / relevant investigation slip

For Dependent’s benefit (family person) PAN card or Passbook copy is mandatory.

For Emergency IPD admission in Railway:-

You must carry your Railway card and Aadhar card to be admitted to the Emergency ward. The remaining documents can be submitted upon the admission at a subsequent time.

• MMCSBY (Mukhya Mantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana)

Visit Chiranjeevi Desk at Vasundhara Hospital & Documents required during planned IPD admission are as follows:-

• Chiranjeevi policy document / Jan aadhar card
• ID proof (Prefer Aadhar Card)
• Doctor’s Prescription

For Emergency IPD admission under Chiranjeevi scheme :-

You must carry your Chiranjeevi policy document and Aadhar card to be admitted to the Emergency ward. The remaining documents can be submitted upon the admission at a subsequent time.
