Each question will have four multiple-choice options. The correct answer can be found on one of the pages of the Vasundhara Hospital website. Search the site thoroughly to find the right answer.
After selecting the correct option, please fill in your participant details and cut the quiz coupon along the tear line.
Submit the completed coupon at the Vasundhara Hospital premises.
Every week, the Top 10 participants with the correct answer will win Exclusive Gift Hampers and Health Services.
Additionally, one lucky participant who answers all quiz questions correctly throughout the campaign will win a Bumper Prize!
